Before confirmation
Contact the coordination team with your booking reference to withdraw or reschedule a request. A requested date is not a confirmed appointment.
After confirmation
Tell us as early as possible when you need to change a confirmed visit. Any applicable call-out cost must have been disclosed and accepted before dispatch. No automatic cancellation fee is charged through this website.
After work approval
If approved work or ordered materials are already underway, the team explains any incurred costs based on the agreed quotation. Additional charges cannot be added without a clear basis and communication.
Refunds
Any eligible refund is reviewed against the original payment and agreed scope. No refund is marked successful until confirmed through the relevant payment process.
