Do I have to buy repairs from hellomechaniX?+
No. Inspection findings support your decision. Repairs are optional, quoted separately and require your approval.
Can you inspect a hybrid?+
We can review compatible accessible systems within the agreed inspection scope. High-voltage battery work requires a separately confirmed qualified facility. We do not promise remaining battery life from a general inspection.
What if something cannot be checked?+
Access, diagnostic compatibility and other limits must be documented. Additional workshop checks can be quoted separately before you make a purchase decision.
What should I arrange before the visit?+
