We serve Bashundhara, Nikunja, Banani, Baridhara and Gulshan. Share your neighborhood, road and parking details when requesting a visit. We confirm coverage and access before accepting an appointment.
Can you service my car at home?+
Diagnostics, inspections, battery checks and eligible routine maintenance can be requested at a suitable home or office parking space. Work that needs a lift, refrigerant equipment or high-voltage expertise belongs in an appropriate garage.
Is the displayed price my final bill?+
Pilot prices show the stated service scope. Starting prices depend on your vehicle and materials. Oil, filters and replacement parts are separate unless explicitly included in your quotation. You approve an itemized quote before any repair begins.
Is my requested time automatically confirmed?+
No. Your request goes to our coordination team. We review technician availability, location and vehicle compatibility, then confirm your appointment. A requested slot is not a confirmed dispatch.
What happens if you find additional work?+
We explain the findings and issue a revised quotation. Additional work requires your separate approval. Your original approval never authorizes an open-ended repair bill.
Do you offer a service warranty?+
Applicable parts and workmanship terms are included in the written quotation. Coverage depends on the approved work and supplier terms. Inspection-only services report observed condition and do not guarantee future performance.
How do I pay?+
The pilot supports a request to pay cash on completion. You can indicate a preference for bKash, Nagad or card, but online payment is only available once an approved merchant integration is activated. No online charge is taken when you request service.
