A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT

The doorstep
service menu.

Current catalog prices and scopes. Oil, filters, batteries and other materials are separate unless your written quotation includes them.

A request. Then a confirmed plan.

Mobile service is available in Bashundhara, Nikunja, Banani, Baridhara and Gulshan, subject to access, equipment and technician availability. Share your neighborhood, road and parking details in your request. Parts, labor and any visit charge must be itemized in the quotation before you approve work.

THE RIGHT PLACE FOR THE WORK

Some care belongs
in a workshop.

Routine mobile services go straight to your doorstep. Work requiring lifting, controlled refrigerant handling or high-voltage facilities gets a specialist plan, explained before you agree.

01

Access comes first.

Underbody work, traffic exposure and unstable surfaces may make a mobile visit unsuitable. Share access details before scheduling.

02

Diagnosis before replacement.

Describe warning lights, symptoms and recent changes. Further repairs or replacement parts need a separate approved quotation.

03

Equipment sets the scope.

AC refrigerant handling, lifting and high-voltage repairs require a suitable facility. A home AC check is an inspection of accessible systems.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

A little preparation.
A clearer plan.

Is my appointment confirmed immediately?+

No. Your selected date and time window are preferences. The team reviews service coverage, vehicle compatibility, equipment, safe access and technician availability before confirmation.

Can you visit outside these five service areas?+

We serve Bashundhara, Nikunja, Banani, Baridhara and Gulshan. For locations outside these five service areas, contact the team before requesting an appointment.

Does an oil-change price include the oil?+

The catalog states what each price includes. Engine oil change labor excludes oil and filters; the team quotes the specification, quantity and materials separately before approval.

Can you work on an electric or hybrid car at home?+

Only compatible accessible work within the published scope can be considered. High-voltage testing, dismantling and traction battery work require separately confirmed qualified facilities.
