Hello Certified and seller requests
Seller requests are reviewed privately. A completed matching pre-purchase inspection, condition findings and certification approval are required before a public listing. Dealer introductions require an approved dealer and recorded seller consent. Asking prices and buyer offers do not complete a purchase or transfer ownership. Certification is a branded condition review, not government or manufacturer approval.
Certified-car PRO proposal
For qualifying Hello Certified purchases with an active PRO plan, the proposed benefit discounts 100% of approved eligible mechanical breakdown repair charges for up to three years from purchase handover. Covered components, benefit limits, maintenance, waiting periods, exclusions and activation requirements must be supplied in writing before enrollment. This benefit is not active. Existing accident benefits have their separately defined scope.
Hello Build concepts
Hello Build is an engineering-development configurator using illustrative specifications and estimates. Saved builds and reviews do not grant road approval or commit hellomechaniX to manufacture or deliver a car. Quotations, payment states and production milestones in this version are demonstrations only. No real deposit is collected.
Proposed care products
HelloProtect+ and the PRO repair proposals are not active subscriptions or coverage. Equipment, service quantities, compatibility, monitoring hours, benefit funding, final legal approval and written eligibility, limits and exclusions must be ready before enrollment. No plan payment is collected. Hello Build repair proposals remain separately scoped and unactivated.
Booking requests
A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. Service availability, vehicle compatibility, access and the proposed time are reviewed by the coordination team before confirmation.
Scope and pricing
Published BDT prices are preliminary for the described scope. Starting prices vary by vehicle, required materials and approved work. Parts, fluids and additional labor are separate unless explicitly included in the quotation.
Your authorization
Repairs require recorded customer approval of the exact quotation. New findings require a revised quote and separate approval. You may decline work before authorization.
Service location
Service requests are accepted in Bashundhara, Nikunja, Banani, Baridhara and Gulshan. Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information and suitable safe access. Tasks requiring specialist equipment are limited to approved facilities.
Payment and records
Payment preference is recorded at booking. Live digital payments are offered only through activated merchant providers. A request never creates a successful payment. Service-specific terms are supplied with your quotation.
